Sector: Logistics & warehousing

Multinational distribution operation

Problem

Warehouse operations in 7+ countries needed one system to run inventory at scale.

Before: warehouse operations in 7+ countries, each with its own local spreadsheets or systems, leaving inventory data fragmented. After: every country runs on one Warehouse Management System handling 2M+ SKUs, giving one source of truth for inventory across every country.

What we built

A Warehouse Management System (WMS) handling 2M+ SKUs across operations in 7+ countries.

Result

One source of truth for inventory and warehouse operations across every country.
